We aim to provide high-quality tires, batteries, spark plugs, and automotive products that meet your expectations.
To ensure fairness and clarity, please read our return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be returned only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unmounted, and in original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging with all labels intact

  • A return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival

If these conditions are not met, the item will not qualify for return.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety, quality, and industry standards, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Tires that have been mounted, inflated, or used on a vehicle

  • Batteries that have been installed, activated, or connected

  • Spark plugs that have been installed or show signs of use

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

  • Wrong size or wrong model purchased due to customer error

  • Products that show any form of usage after delivery

We strongly advise customers to double-check tire sizes, battery capacity, and plug models before purchase.


3. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the product and issue

  3. Our team will review the case and respond promptly

If approved, we will arrange:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • OR a refund (depending on stock availability)


4. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition

  2. You are responsible for securely packaging the item

  3. Depending on your location, delivery/transport fees may apply

  4. Our team will inspect the item upon arrival

  5. Refunds or replacements are processed only after inspection confirms eligibility

Inspection may take 1–3 business days.


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the product passes inspection.

Refunds may take 1–7 working days, depending on:

  • Payment method

  • Bank processing times

Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless TractionRide is at fault.


6. Warranty Claims (For Batteries Only)

Some batteries include a manufacturer warranty.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • Wrong installation

  • Overcharging

  • Electrical faults in the vehicle

  • Accidental damage

  • Physical damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Improper handling

All warranty claims require:

  • Original receipt

  • Product serial number

  • Inspection by our technical team or supplier

Approval is subject to manufacturer evaluation.
