These Terms & Conditions govern all use of TractionRide’s website, products, and services.
TractionRide reserves the right to update, modify, or change any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site means you accept any changes.
2. Products & Availability
TractionRide sells brand-new tires, batteries, spark plugs, and automotive products.
All products displayed on the website are subject to:

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, our team will contact you for alternatives or refund arrangements.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on TractionRide are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept various payment methods, including:

Direct payment at store location (if applicable)
Prices may change without notice based on supplier adjustments or stock variations.
4. Orders & Confirmation

TractionRide reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected or incorrect information is provided.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to verify and approve all orders.
5. Delivery Policy
TractionRide offers nationwide delivery across Ghana.
Delivery times vary depending on location:

Greater Accra: Same-day or next-day

Regional deliveries: 1–3 working days

Remote areas: 2–5 working days
Delivery fees may apply and will be communicated during order confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier companies

Weather conditions
-
Incorrect delivery information

Unreachable customers
Once a product is handed to a courier or transport service, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

A return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

The product is confirmed to be incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival
We do NOT accept returns for:

Wrong size orders placed by customers

Products that have been mounted, installed, or used

Damages resulting from improper handling

Electrical damage caused by improper installation (batteries, spark plugs, etc.)
Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 1–7 business days.
7. Warranty
Some products (such as batteries) may come with a manufacturer warranty.
Warranty terms vary by brand and product category.
Warranties DO NOT cover:

Wrong installation

Overcharging or electrical faults

Accidents or physical damage

Using products outside recommended specifications
Warranty claims require:

TractionRide reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
8. Product Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and model for their vehicles.
TractionRide provides size information but cannot guarantee fitment for every vehicle.
If unsure, please contact us before ordering.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including images, logos, texts, graphics, and product information — is the property of TractionRide and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
TractionRide is not responsible for:

Any consequential or indirect damages
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
